Get Your Dunkin Wednesday
Yesterday sucked. Big time. Luckily I have a great lady who bought me Hendricks Gin, so I could make my old man martinis. As some of you might know, yesterday was my mother's birthday. She would have been 59. I say that over and over. 59. It'd be quite nice to have her smiling face here right now. I like to think she'd be proud of this little blog too. Don't know, but I tell myself she would be; trying to help the less fortunate, trying to combat lies, trying to make the world a better place and sharing through words. She was the one who taught me how to find my voice and then mock the hell out it for being oh so serious (insert smile here). Man I miss her. Call your Mom today is what I'm saying.
Here are your highlights:
Job Report...promising...
Leaving teh White House, Robert Gibbs is next
THE FAILED BOEHNER PRESIDENCY: WHEN WILL HE STOP BLAMING HIS PREDECESSORS?
Scurry, Killer Storks
Why Facebook Won't Go Public
A great interview done by my friends over at the Asian-American Movement Blog: The Promising Talents of Derek Nguyen - I've posted about The Potential Wives of Norman Mao before, but definitely check the interview out as it gives insight to the creative process. Good stuff!

My dad's been gone for close to 18 years now and I still think about him (not as much as when he first passed on) and I still miss him.
I'm sorry for your loss. My pops is all I got left. Not sure what'd I do then.
Always appreciate you stopping by the site.
