Get Your Dunkin' Monday

Well, we survived the tornadoes. Sadly, not everyone else did. I waited for the all-clear until a little after 1 a.m. It was a relief when it came through. We had two back-to-back warnings, and winds were up to 60 mph. The next day was like living in the movie Interstellar. Dust kicked up everywhere, and the air was unbreathable. The skies were a shade of gray. If this is what the tornado season will be like this year, I'm not looking forward to it. Also too, Climate Change isn't real. 

Here are your highlights:

Fascism is here. Law doesn't matter. Trump can deport who he wants when he wants. 

Primary every Dem that voted for the CR. Schumer is living in the past. What a feckless leader.

Punching hippies. It never works.

Illinois House moves forward a bill to cover Alzheimer's disease. 

Measles can kill. Vaccinate please and thank you. 

Trump plans to meet with Putin and hand over Ukraine on a platter.

Ch ch Changes

I think this place needs a makeover or I might archive the whole thing. I post thoughts to Twitter mostly these days and haven't had any time to maintain this space with long-form writing as intended. The political world right now is a total shit show. Trump is a disaster. The Dems have an NFL roster running for president. Climate Change is going to crush the planet and we're busy yelling at each other while getting nothing done. And I keep getting this eery feeling a recession is headed our way...woohoo! In personal news, we just added another addition to the Chow family, a little girl, and I got Dad life to hone in on...two is a welcomed challenge. Any advice for two kid life, let me know!
