Get Your Dunkin Wednesday

It's been an odd and busy week already. I've started Insanity again, my hip seems healed enough and although I'm not going full 100% it feels good to be back at it. The weather has cooled off this week as well. I miss Fall in Virginia, but I can't really complain about beach living. Speaking of beach living we visited Manhattan Beach the other day and kind of fell in love. Now just to convince all of friends to rent a home with us for the summer...
