Get Your Dunkin Friday

Well last night ended sadly as Director/Writer John Hughes passed away. As a child of the 80's I must say it was a blow to my alternative reality of jocks, cheerleaders, the cool kids and geeks, the punk rockers and the metal heads, in other words high school. Most of what I attributed to my understanding of how the world worked was based off movies like Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink and National Lampoon's Vacation. Not that I thought those movies were real just the overall thematic sensibility has me watching them to this day. He also gave us Christmas in a way a kid and family could relate to in Home Alone. A classic writer and director John Hughes I thank you for influence and so many great cinematic moments including the above.

Here are your highlights:

Tim Phillips is EATED by Rachel Maddow, calling himself grassroots and a community organizers shows how dirty the Republican party has become, he literally commercials without any shame throughout the interview PAY ME PAY ME and I WIILL LIE TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC ON YOUR BEHALF

Unemploymen is only slightly less crappy

Four years ago, heck one year ago this would be called treason, Eric Cantor and Co. are treasonous!!!

Remember when Glenn Beck said violence was not the answer? That was this week right? Violence never! Poison YES and funny!

Read this book, Eliminationists by David Neiwert and you will get a better understanding of some of the tea baggers and protesters. They are genuinely being manipulated and the asylum broke loose yesterday in Tampa
