Palin Family to go on "Apology Tour"

An unidentified flying spokesperson for the Palin family has told the Socialist Papers for Democracy that the family will go on a world wide "Apology" Tour. The tour which will include stops ranging from Chicago to Russia will be a comedy tour starring Sarah, Todd, and Bristol Palin (the others will be in Alaska so not far away from Russia). They plan on setting the "record" straight on what conservatives and humor in general is all about.

Sarah Palin stated the purpose of the tour is simple, "We believe that the best of America is not all in Washington, D.C." Adding that the tour will hit "pockets" of laughter across the States, "in these wonderful little pockets of what I call the real America, being here with all of you hard working very patriotic, um, very, um, pro-America areas of this great nation." Real America get ready for laughs.

The Palin family is expected to have music, interactive crowd work and traditional stand up comedy. The SPD received some early insight to what the entire show might entail among some of the zingers are:

A magic trick called "That's Not Waterboarding," similar to Mancow's radio show stunt.

A song entitled "Abstinence Works in Practice" an emotionally funny number played on the piano (made by real Americans) with Sarah and Bristol

Sarah ranting about socialism while lauding oil resources in Alaska

Todd shooting wolves, so funny see because they are animals and Todd is in a helicopter and Pew Pew

The whole family does a pantomime called "Building a Bridge to Nowhere"

A reflective comedy piece including twenty flat screens with the main stream media asking Sarah questions as she responds candidly

Rap song entitled "Pallin' around with terrorists (The birth certificate song)"

Sarah Palin is expected to do a press conference later today. The show is intended to start this August at theaters made by Real Americans, employed by Real Americans, audiences of Real Americans and shunning the Un in Un-American. Check local listings for times, prices and Palins.

LOL You know I was hoping so, but my sources say Bob Saget was not consulted for the tour...
