 Well. I had quite the scare on Tuesday. I accidentally ate tree nuts, and I'm highly allergic. I had to stab myself with the EpiPen (for the first time) and head to the ER. I'm still kind of shell-shocked. Everything is fine. I'm okay, but rattled. I've done a really good job avoiding nuts for years. I read the labels. I made a mistake and almost paid the price. Thanks to the doctors and nurses. I'm here.
