Get Your Dunkin' Thursday
The twenty-four-hour news cycle needs only two things to keep the juices flowing: a political scandal or a missing plane. If they get stale, they'll throw in a missing white girl, likely on Spring Break or on a vacation. It was, at a time, CNN's bread and butter. Today, when I read about Nolan Wells and his unfortunate passing, I think about how often the media rarely even mention a missing black or brown person's name. It doesn't get non-stop coverage, it doesn't get 60-Minute specials or investigative NBC stories. It's local, and that's about it. And if there's a death, as in Nolan Wells' case, we never find out the truth. Information for the family's GoFundMe can be found in the linked article.

DHS is spending $1.5 billion on more ICE prisons and less oversight.
Platner indignantly suspends his campaign. Bye, jerk!
Epstein files back in the news. The victims claim an Epstein aide lied to Congress.
JD Vance is such a racist pig. But also, this is funny.
Poll says only one-third of Americans think Israel has committed genocide against Palestinians. But what's interesting for Democrats is that our voters think the United States supports Israel too much. There's been a shift. Too many have seen photos or videos. There's an opportunity to speak up for Palestinians. Now's the time.
