At this point, it is safe to say Israel played Trump, read the war with Iran wrong, and is not worried about any consequences. They seem to have an expansionist mindset. Slowly pushing out their territory and using Trump to supply cover, but also bombs. This doesn't absolve Trump whatsoever. He's a bloodthirsty autocrat. And sundowning old man whose idea of masculinity is blowing things up good. I apologize on behalf of all the stupid Americans who voted for him. We're under the eye of a lunatic.
