Get Your Dunkin' Monday
I'm a little late today. Transitioning back to work after a couple of weeks off is difficult. The holiday was lovely, and our girls enjoyed time with their grandpa. Saturday, I woke up and knew something was wrong. My dad was glued to the TV, and the volume was only something grandparents could tolerate. Trump had done what we knew he would do: Venezuela. It felt like Iraq all over again. It still does. I'm not sure what 2026 has in store for us, but damn, what an awful way to start.
Here are your highlights:
It's really cool that RFK Jr. is the head of HHS. Flu cases rise.
Is Cuba next? I get the feeling this is what Rubio wants, and every Senator who voted for his confirmation has blood on their hands.
The January 6th erasure needs to be studied.
SNAP restrictions. Republicans love big government when it means hurting the poor.
I am Frank Chow, and I approve this message.
