 Dems are trying to make a play on DHS funding, and good on them. They don't have much power, but they can hold the dollar. Minnesota is fighting the good fight, and the more ICE acts like thugs, the more the public will turn. Homan is acting like they're withdrawing. I highly doubt it. ICE doesn't have morals. They don't have a conscience. They can't help themselves. I do think some Senate Republicans are getting wary. The polling has shifted.
