Get Your Dunkin' Tuesday

 I have two MRIs today. I'm not looking forward to them, but hopefully they provide insight into why I'm experiencing what I'm experiencing. I had back surgery some 10 years ago, and ever since, it's been nothing but complications. Most days, I wake up in pain. Some days I wake up and can't feel my legs. It's a constant struggle. Recent developments had my doctors alarmed. And so back in the loud flashing machine I go again. 

Here are your highlights: 

The GOP's "Big, Beautiful Bill" is a budget nightmare that will harm our country. 

The Supreme Court is lawless. Roberts will go down as the worst court ever. 

Army vet self-deports after 50 years in the US. We treat our veterans so poorly. 

U.S. Marshals located 60 missing children in Florida. 

DOGE continues to be a grave mistake. 

New York's mayoral race is up. It's been fascinating to see who has backed Cuomo. We now know whom to ignore going forward. Not that Mamdani is a proven leader, but come on. Fuck Cuomo. And I will advise every Democratic Socialist to remove "socialist" from your campaign. It will do you good.

Ch ch Changes

I think this place needs a makeover or I might archive the whole thing. I post thoughts to Twitter mostly these days and haven't had any time to maintain this space with long-form writing as intended. The political world right now is a total shit show. Trump is a disaster. The Dems have an NFL roster running for president. Climate Change is going to crush the planet and we're busy yelling at each other while getting nothing done. And I keep getting this eery feeling a recession is headed our way...woohoo! In personal news, we just added another addition to the Chow family, a little girl, and I got Dad life to hone in on...two is a welcomed challenge. Any advice for two kid life, let me know!
