 I'm spent. It's Wednesday and I'm tired. I don't know what to say other than that. We have a long four years ahead. We move onward forward. 

Here are your highlights:

Hegseth is scum and any Senator that votes for him is scum. 

Weather. It's crazy. Especially cuz of Climate Change. 

Fear of deportations everywhere. 

Rev. Mariann Budde made Trump mad. The truth hurts Donald. 

Birthright citizenship is in trouble. And I think Steve has the right take. Nothing matters anymore. All norms are out the window. Republicans do not care about precedent.

"Aliens"  

Costco employees set to strike. I thought Costco was one of the good ones, but every company has a disdain for unions.

Ch ch Changes

I think this place needs a makeover or I might archive the whole thing. I post thoughts to Twitter mostly these days and haven't had any time to maintain this space with long-form writing as intended. The political world right now is a total shit show. Trump is a disaster. The Dems have an NFL roster running for president. Climate Change is going to crush the planet and we're busy yelling at each other while getting nothing done. And I keep getting this eery feeling a recession is headed our way...woohoo! In personal news, we just added another addition to the Chow family, a little girl, and I got Dad life to hone in on...two is a welcomed challenge. Any advice for two kid life, let me know! Get Your Dunkin' Thursday

It's Thursday that means we have a new American Idol and it's... it's Kris Allen? Guess America still hates the "flamboyant", I smell a Clay Aiken retread. I didn't watch much of this year because it really came down to Danny Gokey and Adam Lambert for me and once I heard Kris Allen was in the final it was over in my mind. America votes for the "more likable" guy . But you know what was cool? Adam Lambert singing Queen! You could see the guitar legend Brian May drooling over the Freddy Mercury-esque vocal runs. It was rocktastic. Regardless both will have decent careers and the pie on the face of my local paper for running story after story of Adam is rather funny. Both guys have promising careers, there is always room for another Jason Mraz and America needs a Freddy Mercury . Wow. Did I really just dedicate that much analysis to American Idol?
