TPM : Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley is now publicly accusing her fellow justice, David Prosser, of putting her in a " chokehold " in her chambers in the presence of other justices during heated discussions over the controversial state law that limited the collective bargaining rights of state workers. Bradley's accusation came after a local news report yesterday first revealed details of the incident, which allegedly happened two weeks ago. Neither Bradley, a liberal jurist, nor Prosser, a conservative, would comment for the original story. Prosser has also now issued a statement denying the allegation. Being a Census worker isn't so safe . It is in fact quite hazardous these days with over 350 reported incidents of threats and violence. Most of these incidents seem to be from those harboring disdain towards government. WaPo : While most homeowners have received census takers graciously, some say they have been surprised at the degree of anger exhibited by Americans who consider them the embodiment of intrusive government. "I came across loads of hostility," said Douglas McDonald, who summoned police in Deltona, Fla., after a tug-of-war with an irate homeowner over a census form. The homeowner threw his ripped half in the toilet. McDonald, 70, a District native who retired from the Labor Department after 30 years as an investigator, said he wasn't prepared for the level of anti-government fervor he encountered. Red State has become aware that the site might be confused with anything red and Joe Web Master has decided to push the effort to move away from the red . "We can't be socialist, not the slightest.
