Get Your Dunkin Friday

It's here! Friday! This week has dragged the eff on. Not sure why that is, but here we are with two glorious days around the bend. Lil Sis Frank heads back to California on Tuesday, so we are going to have a get together in honor of her b-day and internship coming to close. WE WILL MISS YOU LIL SIS! In other news it has been an up and down week for me and Insanity. With my schedule getting messed up I don't think I have been performing the workout at my best. Odd thing, the lady says I am looking smaller everyday. Only two more weeks left and then what? Well the lady I will take a recovery week, I will eat some fuggin Chinese and then back at it, but only 5 days a week instead of 6. Yes, I am sold on this change in my life and can't wait to be in the next John Wu film. Here are your highlights: Prop8 supporters zealots till the end ( h/t Roger Ebert) What's going on with Google and Verizon? Ben Nelson and Blanche Lincoln the worst kind of politicians. Get Your Dunkin Thursday

What a night. Gaypocalypse has begun! Look out the gays are falling from the sky. Rainbows and glitter everywhere. Children listening to Elton John and Lady Gaga. The streets are clean. The streets are clear, someone do something! Okay so not so much. I just love the Prop 8 ruling as it is unequivocal with its reasoning. You can read the entire ruling here . In other news. CAPS LOCK. Last night was a fantastically liberal affair as the Accountants of Homeland Security rocked another show. It included laughter, songs and more hilarity. My favorite part of the evening was the Accountants take on trivia, "Bush or Palin" where contestants had to guess if the quote was either Bush, Palin or bullshit. Quite awesome. Here are your highlights: Franken goes to bat for Elizabeth Warren November matters. From the Party of Bush to the Party of Jefferson Davis CNN sucks Sharron Angle No More Extreme than John McCain LXD still going, still odd, still pretty cool Unemployment report "...

Right Wing Watch has this Bill Donohue rant : Yesterday, the judge allowed Boies and Olsen to submit e-mails they obtained between the director of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and the bishops. Allowing such communication in a trial is unusual enough, but the purpose was even more invidious: to show that Catholics played a major role in passing Proposition 8. The lawyers did the same thing to Mormons, offering more e-mail “proof” of their involvement. ... Their goal is not to contest the First Amendment rights of Catholics and others—their goal is to put religion on trial. What they are saying is that religious-based reasons for rejecting gay marriage are irrational, and thus do not meet the test of promoting a legitimate state interest. That is why they have trotted out professors like Gary Segura of Stanford and George Chauncey of Yale to testify to the irrationality of the pro-Proposition 8 s...
