Redskins Play Today
And I refuse to watch. Every year is a rebuilding year. Le Sigh.
At least the Bears are playing the Patriots. It will be a real test for both teams. I'm hoping the Bears put Tom Brady in a hurt locker.

Update: They were who we thought they were. Only the Redskins can get an extra down, score a TD and still find a way to lose. *Le Super Sigh

yeah, it's pretty horrible and I've been boycotting watching their games now. i didn't see a single minute of the game but when i was running errands, i heard on the radio that the Skins were rushing for over 100 yards and the score was...10-9. Ugh! That about said it all.
Shanahan has his work cut out for him in the off season. This is still a team in transition. For the eleven out of the twelve years Dan Snyder has owned the team. and a lot of guys aren't going to be here next year. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where the young talent is going to come from since the Skins (or more likely Snyder and that asshole Vinny Cerrato) have mortgaged the future by giving away draft picks in favor of signing aging vets.
Either you blow the team up and start fresh and take the pain of rebuilding, or you just end up with this. Enough to get your hopes up, only to see your hopes punctured like a needle on a balloon.

Exactly. I couldn't bare to watch. Snyder has done nothing to make this team better. It's amazing that he's gotten away with it for so long.
Oh well, onto hating Dallas.
