Get Your Dunkin' Friday

 I'm teaching a wine class tonight. A small crowd compared to my usual classes and it's exciting to have a more intimate environment. I sometimes miss some students or don't get to fully engage them when the classes get over 30 folks. 

The chaos continues in America. It's everything we warned about. Yet somehow even dumber. DEI has now replaced the n-word, the c-word, and any other racist sht white folks yell. We need the Democratic Party to quit the sht and push back. Use plain language and get out in front of this administration. The time is here. Fascism is here. It ain't going anywhere.

Food recalls are going to be a big problem with this administration. From chips to chicken to eggs. 

FDA approves non-opioid pain medication. 1st of its kind in 20 years. As someone who suffers from chronic back pain, I hope this gives many the relief it promises without addiction or side effects. I've been dealing with chronic pain for over 9 years and it's a daily struggle. Here's to hope.

Ch ch Changes

I think this place needs a makeover or I might archive the whole thing. I post thoughts to Twitter mostly these days and haven't had any time to maintain this space with long-form writing as intended. The political world right now is a total shit show. Trump is a disaster. The Dems have an NFL roster running for president. Climate Change is going to crush the planet and we're busy yelling at each other while getting nothing done. And I keep getting this eery feeling a recession is headed our way...woohoo! In personal news, we just added another addition to the Chow family, a little girl, and I got Dad life to hone in on...two is a welcomed challenge. Any advice for two kid life, let me know!
