You don't reward bad behavior. Yet here we are post-recession with CEOs and Wall St giants making millions of dollars in bonuses. I don't think they've learned a single lesson and it's disheartening to say the least. So don't reward more bad behavior. *Le Sigh. Just give people jobs or stacks of cash already.
